What we know, and what we never see.

AI Council is a product of Zellio LLC. "We" and "us" throughout this policy mean Zellio LLC, and you can reach us at support@ai-council.tech.

Your code

AI Council runs on your machine. When the Council reviews your changes, your diffs are sent directly from your machine to the AI model providers you configure with your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini). Your code is never sent to us, and we never receive, see, or store it. Each provider's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy and your agreement with them.

Purchases and licensing

Checkout, billing, and license delivery are handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. They collect the name, email address, and payment details needed to process your order; we receive your email address and license status so we can validate your license and provide support. We never see your payment details.

License validation

When the CLI validates your license key, it contacts the licensing service with the key and basic activation metadata. No source code or review content is included in these requests.

Website analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic: pages visited, referrers, and approximate location derived from an anonymized IP address. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share personal data. You can block analytics with any standard content blocker without affecting the site.

If you write to support@ai-council.tech, we keep the correspondence so we can help you. We don't add you to marketing lists.

Your rights

You can ask us to show or delete the data we hold about you (your email, license records, and support correspondence) at any time by emailing support@ai-council.tech. We respond within one business day.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
